SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Towers of Light Christian Resources ships on Saturdays and your purchase will be shipped in the order it was received. In the event of an unexpected out of stock situation we will notify you and give the option of a refund or to wait with an estimate.

Basic Shipping
We ship in the United States using media mail. That has 7-15 business day delivery window.

Priority Shipping
We ship in the United States using USPS Priority mail. That has a 5-7 Business day delivery window.

Holiday Shipping
We cannot guarantee orders placed after December 5th will arrive before Christmas.
Return & Exchange Policy
Misprints
We will work with you to send a proper copy if you find significant printing errors which do occur from time to time. Use the contact form to begin the process.

Damaged in Shipment
For items damaged in shipping we will assist you with a reshipment, with a photo of the damaged goods. Use the contact form to begin the process.

Lost Packages
We will work with you to assist in tracking your package and either reshipping or issuing a credit as the situation deems appropriate. Use the contact form to begin the process.
General Product Satisfaction
If you do not enjoy the products or they fail to meet your need you can use the contact form to notify us that you would like a return within 90 days of purchase. We will provide you with a shipping label to return the product at no additional charge to you. Once we receive product, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned items.
